Mature student seeking friendly house/flat share

Currently studying Psychology at UoN and working part-time in mental health. Looking for a house share in Beeston or Wollaton or somewhere near Uni Park campus for the next academic year (end of August/ early September). Looking for a double room (preferably with an en-suite if sharing with more than one other person).
I'm quite clean and tidy so would love it if my housemates were the same.
I can be chatty and sociable but also tend enjoy my own company and keep to myself at times whilst in the house. Since my job requires lots of talking I do find I need alone time to recharge my social battery, but would be nice to have housemates that I get along with and can hang out with sometimes in the communal areas :)
I cycle everywhere so having somewhere I can put my bike is an essential. Bonus points if there is a shed so I can keep it dry.
