Male seeking a double room to live in

I am 28 and am moving from Nottingham to London to do a masters in climate change and check out the music scene maybe and will be working for the NHS at the same time so will be fairly busy

Looking for a room and don't really care where it is but it needs to be near transport
I am perfectly good with LGBT+ community. If I end up in a vegeterian household that's okay too

I plan to join a gaming club maybe (board and card games). Maybe a martial art as well.
I am a little bit nerdy and fairly quirky because of my ADHD.

I Like to chat and socialize but I do love my alone time. Will happily join you for a cinema trip or a trip to the local bar but you will also find me reading in the living room or in my own room on my laptop

You have to be clean, I would prefer to be in a house with a cleaning Rota as it means it actually gets done

I don't particularly mind smokers of any kind just do it in the garden or your room, don't want it inside. I love animals, haven't really got time for it but If you do I am more than happy to live with one
