2 Girl Friends & a Cat Looking for a room/en-suite

We are two friends and working professionals looking for a long-term home in London from 17th April. We are reliable and financially stable tenants who take care of our home and keep it clean, organised, and peaceful. We treat any property with respect and are easy to live with, friendly, considerate, and understanding of the people and environment around us.

We have a well-behaved indoor cat who is quiet, clean, and fully home-trained.

We are open to an ensuite, a room to share together, or separate rooms in the same household. All our documents including share codes, proof of income, and references are ready to make the process smooth. Serious offers only and the budget can be discussed depending on the offer.

We are looking for a place where we can feel comfortable and settled long-term, only the areas mentioned. In return, you will have tenants who are trustworthy, consistent, and genuinely care for the property. We would love to hear from you and arrange a viewing.
