Looking for a

Semi-retired nurse (UK and Australian)- currently a farm volunteer since 2024 in Coniston, Cumbria. I've been here for 15 months and now I'm looking to relocate to Yorkshire for a change of pace and to consider part-time work opportunities - or another volunteering role. I'm financially independent so I am able to pay bonds and rents in advance to suit.

I'm looking for somewhere with ample parking and access to a garage or covered area to store a vz800 motorbike (with a bike trailer) over the winter months.

I'm quiet, clean, considerate and conversational - good company - I don't drink or smoke and I don't sit around all day watching tv - but I do like an occasional dvd box set binge same as anyone.

I have family and friends around Yorkshire that I stay with from time to time and a long distance relationship girlfriend - we both have busy lives and meet up for short breaks and holidays away.

i would like an initial 6 month rent agreement with the option of extending to a year if mutually agreed. I'm happy to answer any questions and supply any references or other documents.
