30YO Female professional

I'm a 30 YO professional working in executive recruitment, currently based in Balham. I’ve been in London almost 4 years and have previously lived both East and Southwest. Currently looking for a new place as want a bit more space and a more modern flat/house. I am on a rolling contract where I am so move in date is relatively flexible as long as I give current flatmates decent notice.

About me -
I work in recruitment/search and go into the office 3-4 days a week in Holborn, so very central and easily accessible from most places.

I'm clean, social, respectful and enjoy keeping active as much as having a few in the local pub or going out for dinner. Would like to find a place with similar minded housemates and can hopefully become good friends and don't mind going to gym/drink/dinner once in a while or chilling together on the sofa after a long day. I enjoy yoga, running, pubs, trying new food places, also exploring the city and going out - I've made a solid group of friends in London over the last few years and we are quite excited for summer 2026 of trips and festivals.
