​I am a full-time employee while doing my master's in Artificial Intelligence, l am looking to secure a 2 or 3 bedroom flat in Zone 1 or 2 from the begging of July, long term stay. I earn £70k per year with a personal budget of £1,500 per month. I am looking for a reliable partner to sign a joint tenancy on a high-quality property, and l need an En-Suite if it is not a flat.

​The Ideal Flatmate:
- Budget: Your contribution have to be a minimum of £1,000 per month as l dont mind putting £1,500 which means we will have between 2,500 to 4,500 per month between 3 and up to 3000 betwthat two, that give us a really good deal

- ​Income: You must earn at least £30k per year with 3+ months of continuous employment for referencing purposes.

- ​Lifestyle: I value a tidy, quiet, and respectful environment from Monday to Thursday while I work and study. I am happy to socialize or host friends on Friday and Saturday nights, we can bring our friend when ever and make make social parties as long as the house stays organized.

- Minimum age: Just know how to live in a share house, clean after yourself, leave things as you found them, respect others property, and KNOW how to comunícate so we solve problem talking not assuming.

​What to Expect:
I work from home two days a week and spend most of my evenings focused on my Master's degree. I am not looking for a "party house" during the work week, but I definitely want a flatmate who enjoys having a life on the weekends.
