Professional Male seeks a single or double room

Hi, my name is Ollie. I'm a young professional and work a typical 9-5 job at the Leeds University Union from Monday to Friday.

I'm looking for an individually let room in a house share (max 4 rooms) in the LS4/LS5/LS6 area. (Burley, Kirkstall or Headingley)

I'd like a sociable house of people who don't mind going out during the weekend but also appreciate personal space. I'm a very easygoing guy who appreciates honesty and am happy to be part of a cleaning rota.

In terms of interests, I play 3 instruments and DJ (but has never had a complaint and am very noise conscious), go to the gym and love reading history books. I also love laughing along to Netflix sitcoms with my housemates.
