Freelance Artist Looking for a Room

Hi, My name is Ru. I’m a performance artist on a 5 year global talent visa. I am looking for a room no more than £850pcm including bills. I am working multiple jobs, including theatre front of house, teaching at uni, freelance design and performance projects.

I’m from China. I did my BA in Scotland and MA in London. I have experience living in different flat shares in the UK for around 7 years.

I’m on a monthly rolling contact so preferably I need to give my landlord a month’s notice. I can view and meet at flexible times.

As a queer person, I’m looking for an international FLINTA household. I’m not into partying, but I really appreciate friendly daily interactions with flatmates and would love to hang out together once in a while. I’m clean and tidy, ready to join any cleaning rotas. Hoping to find like minded people willing to keep our communal space as a home and be respectful of each other’s space. Sadly I cannot live with cats or dogs at the moment, as I’m starting to develop an allergy.
