Mature student looking for a peaceful place

I'm a mature student of sustainability and wildlife regeneration. I study online which gives some flexibility where I can live. I appreciate a peaceful home life and have an easy going nature. I am caring, quiet and respectful and take good care of the place where I live. I'm have been with my current landlord for four years, I've been a good tenant, always paid on time, made a good home here, leaving this room better than I found it. I'm sure he would be willing to provide a good reference. I've settled in well to the community here, and have fallen in love with places I've my walked, so am I hoping to move closer to them.
