Looking for a room near Manchester city centre
I'm a new immigrant from Hong Kong. I arrived here on the first of May, and am living at an AirBnB in Manchester Stretford, so I don't have a local job at the moment. I do, however, have some personal work from my hometown.
I'm a web developer (similar to a software engineer), so most of the time I'd stay at home working online, unless I find a local on-site job later. It'd be perfect if a working desk and chair were available in the room. Also, a stable network is a must.
If it's necessary, I'd like to pay for a 6-month rent at the very beginning.
I'm a bit quiet, not a nightlife/party person, but I like to have good conversation with flatmates and be a good listener. I go to the gym almost everyday.
