- cleaner than most people (as in I won’t leave unwashed dishes in the sink for a day so no one else can wash theirs, I don’t leave crumbs nor any spillage = I clean as I go which I find is the most convenient),
- pretty quiet (although I will occasionally come home later at night if I went to a concert, but definitely won’t slam the doors because I’m actually considerate),
