Looking for Two Rooms in a Friendly Home
Hi!
My friend and I (along with my current housemate who is also looking) are searching for two rooms in a shared home where we can feel settled and comfortable.
A little about us:
We’re both full-time professionals — I work in an NHS GP surgery, and my friend works in a nursery. We both keep fairly busy during the week, so we really value a home that feels calm, respectful, and relaxed.
Personality-wise, we’re easygoing, tidy, and considerate housemates. We enjoy the social side of life — going for drinks, watching football (I’m a Chelsea season ticket holder!), and spending time with friends — but we also appreciate downtime and our own space. Ideally we’d love a home where people are friendly and occasionally social, but where everyone can also do their own thing.
One important member of the household is my indoor cat, Cookie 🐱. He’s very loving, gentle, and well-behaved, and he mostly keeps to himself but enjoys a bit of attention if you’re a cat person.
We’re looking for a place that feels like a proper home rather than just a house share — somewhere warm, respectful, and friendly where we can settle in and hopefully make new friends too.
If you think we’d be a good fit for your home, we’d love to hear from you!
Thanks so much.
