Hi, I’m Jay (they/she) an events assistant in my early 30s looking for a peaceful place to call home.
I’m ideally looking for a 1-bed/self-contained space, or a double en-suite in a home shared with no more than one other person. My budget is around £900pcm including bills. I am looking to move before the end of the month.
I’ll be starting a new role in events at the start of May, and I currently receive UC- housing element will cover my rent. I can provide references, and rent upfront.

A bit about me:

I’m warm, kind, and quite introverted, so I really value a restful home environment. I’m neurodivergent, so having a calm, low-pressure space is important to me. I enjoy my own space and respect others’ need for that too, but I’m also open, friendly, and enjoy genuine connection too.

I love being in nature, creativity, cooking and being around good energy. I don’t smoke and would prefer a non-smoking indoors home. I value communication, kindness, cleanliness and a peaceful atmosphere.
