Looking for a double room in London or a Flatmate

I'm a 26 professional looking for an ensuite double room to rent in London as I will be starting a new job in London.

I’m looking for a homely/modern flat and 1 - 2 lovely housemates.

Areas looking: Stratford, London City Island, Good Luck Hope developments, Canning Town, Royal Wharf/ Docklands, Greenwich, Canary Wharf, Canada Water, Woolwich Arsenal.

Not too far from Canary wharf and easily accessible to the underground stations.

Budget: £1000 p/m

Move-in date: after End of September

Requirements:
- Double room and ensuite - or another bathtub. Not keen to share this.
- Space for my desk for when I work from home a few days a week. If the room is large enough I can use that.
- A communal living room
- A garden or a nice balcony or an amazing view spot

Preferences on Flat:
- Big windows in the common area and room
- Open space common area
- Minimalist interior

About me:
- I am calm, fun and chilled who loved to travel, and experience new things but also wouldn't mind a chilled day at home. In house dinners and drinks could be a thing.
- I am clean and tidy.
- I work in Investment Banking as an Operations Associate. Though I do know how to have fun.
-Passionate about music, art, travel, books, and finance/entrepreneurship.
- I am easygoing and generally lovely company thus easy to get along with.
- I am also a content creator so love to edit and shot content however will still maintain the privacy of my housemate.
