Hi, I currently live in Clapton and would like to stay in Hackney. I am in full time work, working on average 50 hours a week.
I had a major accident in April, breaking my arm in two places, my elbow and my wrist, which required surgery and has left me temporarily disabled in my dominant arm, and will require further surgery next year. I have had to learn quickly how to reuse my arm again, with limited abilities, to go back to work., so almost half a year later, when my recovery should have taken at least 9 months. I will be completely transparent, My current landlord is threatening to kick me out, due to missing only one months rent, which I intended to pay at the end of this month, due to this, so I need to find something quick and someone understanding. I am looking for somewhere close to where I currently am, with a low/no deposit, as I have been off work due to the accident and have only just started working again, so money is very tight at the moment.
I will consider branching out to Dalston, Bethnal Green and Bow.
Looking for a double room in a home not just a house, I'd like to get to know and become friends with the people I live with, not just rent a room.
I am part of the LGBTQ+ community and would prefer to live with other members of the community, but I'll be if they're not, just as long as they're LGBTQ+ friendly.
The rental market is crazy at the moment, so I have increased my budget to £800 but can push to £850 a month if I absolutely have to.
