Friendly respectful professional lady, non-smoker

I am ideally looking for a self contained annex/studio/flat/space, or at least a nice good size double/king room with an en-suite or private bathroom in a clean house/flat with parking and friendly housemate/s, within approx. 30 minutes drive of my workplace in Paddock Wood, preferably the Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells side). A garden/balcony would be a bonus. I work in an office Tue-Thur (possibly increasing to Non-Fri). I am sociable, happy to have a chat over a cuppa or G&T! I love animals so pets are no problem.
