Double room for tidy housemate

Hello

I am looking for:

Housemates (maximum of two)
- respectful, tidy/clean, sociable, like their own space

Bedroom
- double/queen/king-size bed
- spacious with lots of natural light
- furnished, with wardrobe and chest of drawers
- some storage space/own bathroom (ideally)

House
- A garden and parking are preferred
- Pets are fine, I like animals

What it's like living with me:
- I've been in house shares in London for the last 11 years so can get on with most people.
- I am relaxed, tidy, sociable and like doing my own thing.
- I play acoustic guitar and sing, I try not to be too loud and do not play during anti-social hours.

A bit about me:
- Working in a senior role for the NHS in a community mental health team until mid-June 2022.
- Left to take a career break to concentrate on developing my writing and music.
- Applying for part-time jobs (3-4 days a week) and have savings to last me at least six months.
