Very clean and tidy professional

Hey, I’m Shann and I’m looking to share with preferably one, maybe two people in a flat or house on the Wirral, within driving distance of Birkenhead.

About me:
- I work for the council Monday to Friday, including from home 3 days a week
- I much prefer nights in to nights out but I enjoy a pub or bar occasionally.
- My hobbies include reading, tv, films, theatre, arts and crafts
- I go to netball once a week, trampolining a four times a week and I also tutor maths so when I’m not working I’m out a lot
- I’m quite introverted but I open up when I know people well
- I have two guinea pigs called Peach and Daisy
- I have some mental health conditions and I’m happy to chat about these; they don’t tend to cause any issues with other people.

My ideal flatmate:
- Someone who is clean and tidy - dirt and clutter really aggravate my anxiety and I’ve lived with some horrors in my time!
- Someone who is happy to socialise with a takeaway, movie night etc but also okay when I just need to keep to myself
- Someone who likes or is at least indifferent about animals

My ideal property:
- 1-3 bedrooms
- not fussy about furniture but must have white goods
- plenty of storage and space!
- accepts pets
- parking available

I don’t mind if you’re a big partygoer or are up late! I have insomnia anyway so noise at night time isn’t an issue
