Hello
I am a mature student looking for a longer term place to rent - 1-2 years. I can pay up to £1300 a month and would preferably like to be in the West Hampstead or Hampstead area.
I don’t expect to live rent free but if I can secure better accommodation by also providing a service such as being a mother’s helper by babysitting, doing house cleaning, laundry, simple cooking for kids or being a companion to an older person, then that would be possible as well.
