Looking for a place in MCR in july!!
Hey!
I’m Aoife, 22, and I’ll be moving to Manchester to start my Master’s in Social Work at UoM. I’m flexible with move-in dates anytime between July and September!
I’m originally from London and have spent the last four years in Edinburgh, so I’m excited for a new city (and hopefully slightly better weather!).
I’m pretty active – I run and go to the gym (currently training for a marathon) – but I also love a spontaneous coffee, a pub trip, or a cosy night in with a takeaway and something easy on TV. I’m not big on clubbing, but I really value a friendly, relaxed home where everyone gets on, whether that’s through little plans, walks, or just catching up after the day.
I’ve lived in house shares before, so I’m clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces – respectful but definitely not a hermit. I’d love a sociable, comfortable flat vibe.
My budget is up to £650 pcm, and I’m looking around Rusholme, Victoria Park, Hulme, City Centre, Fallowfield, or anywhere with good access to the uni.
Ideally I’d live with other postgrads or young professionals. If you have a room going or fancy teaming up to find somewhere, I’d love to chat!
