Room in postgrad/professional shared house wanted

I'm a PhD student currently living in Crookes in a houseshare splitting up in July (housemates relocating for work) and looking for a similar housing situation from then onwards.

I’m looking for a room in a shared house with either postgraduate/mature students or professionals, no more than £500pcm ideally bills included. somewhere within walking distance of the university of sheffield and hallamshire hospital would be perfect

I’m looking for a friendly but relatively quiet house, as I like my own space but also spending time with housemates for movie nights, cooking etc. I'm more into going to the pub than clubs, and i’m also relatively relaxed but prefer a tidy environment at home.
