Hi there! I'm Hamza, Head of Product at a SaaS company in the EV charging space. I'd describe myself as hospitable, empathetic, and kind, someone who genuinely values the people around them. I'm an omnivert, so I enjoy a good conversation just as much as I appreciate a quiet evening to myself, and I always respect that others feel the same way.

I work a standard 9 - 5, predominantly from home, with occasional trips to a co working space and a monthly visit to London. I'm an early to bed kind of person, usually up by 7 and asleep by 11 so you won't have to worry about late nights or disruptions. I don't smoke, and I don't have any pets.

Cleanliness and a calm home environment are really important to me. I keep my space tidy and clutter free, and I'd love to live with someone who feels the same. More than just a place to sleep, I'm looking for somewhere I can genuinely call home.

I'm looking for an apartment with my own bathroom, ideally in Salford, Eccles, South Manchester, or areas like Stockport. I have a car, so a parking space is a must. My total budget is £1,000 per month including bills, however, I can be flexible with for the right place. I'm able to move in from the 1st of May 2026, and I'm happy to pay up to 3 months' rent upfront if required.
