Looking for a nice, homely place!

I'm a young professional and musician working in Plymouth. I'm specifically looking for a large room to accommodate a home office setup (I have a large 160x80 desk and additional equipment).

I am looking for a committed landlord who is easy to talk to and get along with, as this has been great for both parties in my previous tenancies.

I'm easy-going and respect flatmates who prefer personal privacy, but will happily get to know those who are sociable. Maintaining a clean and relatively tidy household is a must for me. I will also consider going beyond my budget for the right sized room/en-suite or a 1 bed studio flat close to where I work (Royal William Yard/Devonport area).

I play a number of instruments and like to write/record my own music when not at my day job. Noise has never been an issue in past tenancies, and I am very attentive towards fellow tenants and their preferences. I enjoy bouldering, and I also frequent folk sessions around Plymouth and love for people to come along!

I also love animals, so cats and dogs are no problem!
