Room to rent

Hi,

I take a lot of pride in both my personal appearance and my personal possessions.

I am very clean, tidy, respectful and have a good understanding about boundaries and building relationships.

I would be more than happy and suggest that we meet before you making a decision on wether I am the right person for you to rent your room out to, after all it is your home and i would wish to do the same if I was renting out a room.

I am full time employed and have been in the same role for the last 7 years.

If you have read this I really appreciate you taking the time and hope you consider my application, I assure you I will treat yourself and the property with the upmost respect as if it were my mothers home.
