Looking for a room! (27 year old female)

Due to our landlord selling the flat I’m looking for a new place to live in London from February. I currently live with one other person, and have found that I prefer a smaller house share to a larger house with 5+ people - ideally I’d love to find a 2-4 bed place with some nice friendly tenants!
I’m quite open to location and my budget is around £850 all in.
A bit about me:
I am currently an SEN teaching assistant in London and have recently graduated from an MA in public policy - I’m looking to get into policy work but until then I’m working in a school full time.
My hobbies mainly include making music, learning Spanish and Muay Thai, I also love going to gigs and creative events, or spending time outdoors. I aspire to have green fingers and would love to help maintain a garden, but as a disclaimer I so far haven’t managed to keep many plants alive .. but I have faith that’ll change!
I’m able to provide a guarantor and references if needed. I don’t smoke, but don’t mind living with smokers, I don’t have pets, but also am an animal lover so that would definitely be no problem.
I’m quite a clean person and wish to live in a house that keeps a certain level of tidiness.
