Seeking quiet double room/studio/1 bed in CT1

I'm very quiet, tidy, clean & considerate, and looking for a spacious double room in a peaceful house/flat (no more than 3 non-smoking, quiet adults). I regularly cook and am seeking to find a space that is always kept clean, warm, quiet, will feel like a home and is well respected by everyone living there. I require ample storage space both for my personal possessions in my room (I have my own ladder desk that needs to come with me but can compromise on other furniture) and kitchen space for ingredients & produce. I prefer to keep to myself, and so will spend most of my time in my room. I am very much a home body but am working full-time in hospitality so will be out at different times, incl. late nights. I don't drive so needs to be within walking distance of Canterbury City Centre where I work. I have quite bad allergies so no pets or mould please.
