Double room wanted in South East or East London

Hi! My name is Franklyn (he/him) I'm a composer from Manchester and have just finished studying a degree in Music Composition.

I'm looking for a double room in the South East London area, preferably near Greenwich, Deptford, Lewisham or New Cross. My budget is around £650pcm excl bills. Im available to move in asap!

I work part-time in a Cafe which specialises in equipping young adults with learning difficulties with skills in hospitality. As well as this I work as a private music teacher and freelance orchestrator and composer, this keeps me very busy during the day and often the early evenings too. Because of this I really appreciate a relaxed and chill home to unwind and have a laugh!

I'm a clean and tidy housemate who's always up for socialising, and understand the need for alone time, especially after a long day!

My hobbies include music, art, reading, languages, going to gigs and museums and meeting new people.

I'm able to provide references and UK-based guarantors if needed!
