Hi, im Jim. im a self-employed designer looking for a peaceful & social house. I like to socialise with my house mates, I'm not looking for a house that is basically X number of bedsits. I've been in some bad rentals the last few years with noisey neighbours, so I'm very cautious of that. I'm a quiet person and I hope people can respect that.
