Looking for a nice room

Hello,
I am looking for my new home: a room or a flat share. I work full time so I need a place where I can relax (no late night parties). I am tidy and I like cleaning, I don't smoke, I am vegetarian. I like walking in nature, cafes and animals. I am friendly and love a chat while I also respect privacy, and happy to be on my own. The room I am looking for preferably has a bathroom attached or sole use of a bathroom - or maybe shared with only one other female - in a flat/house that is shared with max. 2 other non-smokers. Zone 2 (well, dreaming...), 3 or 4. Preferred areas are Richmond, Mortlake, North Sheen, Barnes, Hammersmith, Putney, Fulham. I am looking for a furnished room. I work hybrid, and when wfh, I would work from my room, not occupying shared common space. The room has to have (space for) a desk. Move in: end of March or early April 2026.
All this is flexible, as the most important is to find a nice flatmate/landlady and have a good, calm atmosphere at home. Please get in touch if you are looking for a reliable flatmate/lodger who is fun to have around. References available upon request.
