Wanted: Studio or 1-bed

Hello! I am a 25 year old male working professional, based sometimes from the office and sometimes home/remote working. I am looking to rent a studio or 1 bed property for around 3-12 months from 24th March 2026 (but can be flexible for the right property).

I am a pretty relaxed guy, I enjoy some social activity such as sports, particularly racquet sports. I also enjoy time to myself, reading or watching something.

Double bed preferred, en-suite a plus but not essential. Somewhere to park my car depends on property's proximity to Towers Business Park; if easily commutable without a car I can go without, if not then car parking required.
