Looking for self-contained accommodation

I'm looking for self-contained accommodation in or near St Agnes. I live nearby at the moment, but I'll need to move shortly.

My ideal situation would be a self-contained place that is either unfurnished or part-furnished.

I'm self-employed, and my work is mostly online, so I need reliable internet. I work as a therapist and meditation teacher.

I'm responsible, mature, and considerate. I like cooking. I enjoy walking and being in nature. I live simply and quietly. I'm spiritually inclined. I'm a vegetarian and quite eco-conscious. I have DBS certification.

I can provide glowing references from two previous landlords. I can pay a deposit if required.
