30yo looking for a friendly NE/E London houseshare

Hi! I’m a doctor working in surgery, looking for a flat or houseshare in North East/East London (ideally in Hackney/Clapton/Walthamstow but happy to consider other areas if a good fit) for the next 6–12 months.

When I’m not in scrubs, I’m usually in the gym or pretending to be a better cyclist than I actually am. Being a North West Londoner, I’m excited to explore East London for the first time and find new things to do in my home city.
I like a friendly, relaxed home where housemates are up for socialising but also respect eachother’s downtime. I’m tidy, considerate, and fairly quiet during the week thanks to long shifts, though I enjoy catching up over dinner or an activity when I’m around.

Ideally I’m after a place with a shared living room (garden/patio would be a bonus), washing machine (and dryer if possible), and nearby parking.
