I work as an official veterinarian near Eye. I need a furnished room for at least 6 months.

I'm responsible and respectful individual looking for a comfortable living space.

I have a car, so a house with parking space around would be nice. Also, I cook, please let me know beforehand if you have a problem with kitchen use. I'm asking this because there are landlords expect you to not use the kitchen but use takeout meals or dinner-outs exclusively despite of their advertisements of fully equipped kitchen for their rentals.

I don't have a pet, I never smoke and I rarely drink. I usually spend time with my computer in my room.

I work on nightshifts Wednesday to Saturday, I'm generally home on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

I can provide a reference if needed. Please give me one combined price of the rent with the additions on your mind.
