Kiwi looking for short to mid term sublets

Hi everyone :)

I’ve just moved back to the UK - grew up near Cambridge but our family moved to New Zealand when I was 10.
I work from home remotely and am therefore hoping to “slow travel” within the UK by moving between fully furnished sublets, which could be any length from 1 to 3 months.

Due to the nature of my job I will also need to find somewhere with fast WiFi and a quiet workspace during business hours (9-5ish) - I don’t mind working in my bedroom if it has a desk and decent chair.
As for me, I’m pretty laid back and enjoy living in houses where everyone gets along well and is up for socialising (love a wholesome flat activity like dinner, board games, trash reality tv etc) but are also independent and relaxed. LGBTQ+ friendly.

I’m friendly, respectful, clean and communicative. More than happy to contribute to a cleaning roster if applicable. Have been flatting since I was 19 so I know the ropes :)
My one non-negotiable is that I prefer not to live in a house where drugs are used or parties/kickons are regularly hosted, but other than that I’m really open minded.
