Clean and Tidy Male Looking to Rent

I'm hoping to find somewhere within a month.

I'm out working for much of the day, in the evenings, I typically work on a few small projects related to technology or infrequent periods of movie/tv catch ups. I rarely go out but can have sudden late evening trips to see the sea, just for a wave.

I'm usually not about during weekends but can have the odd few where the projects consume me.
