House share

I am looking for an en-suite room in a house with good storage and preferably un-furnished. Parking is a necessity and possible outside storage for small amount of tools.
My current rental of 3 years is coming to an end, having previously lived for 27 years in what was a forever home.
Worthing Council are currently trying to help with finding a home, however I may need to move somewhere until that can be found.
I work part time (being semi retired) as a gardener/designer, hence the storage required for books etc and space for design. Also fit and healthy.
Ideally I would be happy to share with someone who now lives alone and would like to share the house bills and have some company. I’m also happy to look after a garden and house keep.
