Accommodation needed for Pro person

Relocating from Leeds to Hampshire/Dorset.
Retired Freelance Sound Recordist working (was) in television, now work as property maintenance and DIY person to keep myself busy.
Also work as a sound dubber for television programmes, which means working from a computer at home (don’t worry, it’s not loud sound, I wear headphones!)
Am extremely relaxed and quiet, hate mess, so very tidy. Love cooking, chatting socialising, but respect peoples privacy.
Studied fine art as a kid, so lean towards that as interests in life.

Prefer a calm household, no surprises.

Area: between Christchurch and Lymington and north towards Ringwood & Lyndhurst, so that square area really.

Budget between £550 - £750

Am looking for place from 31/07/25, so free to move anytime soon. I want to buy in Dorset/Hampshire, but as it will be the last house I purchace, want to find the right place, am in no rush, hence renting.

Can get work references and character ones, but I think a meet up first for coffee and see
