Buddyup! Looking for a female to get a flat with.

Hi lovelies

I’m looking to buddy up with one other person to find a 2 bedroom flat together. I would like the North London area, but can be flexible if we found an incredible place elsewhere. My budget is about £1000 before bills, also slightly flexible here.

I’ve got a 2 months notice period so available to actively start looking from March because I have to move by May. I am hoping to find someone who’s in a similar situation of being flexible to leave . Makes it more convenient to find the perfect flat!
A 2 bedroom ensuite would be the ideal but we can decide what works.

I have one cat who is an absolute princess. I would love someone who likes cats but doesn't own one just so we don't have to worry about cats fighting. I also want someone who is friendly. Open to doing things together sometimes but is respectful of individual space and boundary. We could find a flat and make it our own.

A little about me, I’m 33 years and I have been living in London for about 3 years now. I work in Audit.

In my free time I love to go to concerts, try out various Asian restaurants to eat noodles( sorry I am obsessed ) and watch Women's Volleyball (diehard Melissa Vargas fan 🫣) or watch films.

I workout as much as I can and I laugh a lot . I don't like hosting people at home only because I am not a fan of cleaning . Home is a really important space for me and I’m really easy going and would like to find a flatmate that feel the same.
