Because I work long hours and travel frequently, when I am home, I prefer a quiet, peaceful environment to recharge.

What I am Looking For

Setup: Must be entirely self-contained (own kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine).

Entrance: Preferably a private entrance.

Location: Flexible! Preferably within Zones 2-4, but I am not fussy about the specific area for the right property.

Laundry: Must have its own washing machine.

Budget: Up to £1,000 per month (inclusive of all bills).

Move-in Date: ASAP.
