Looking for an ensuite double room near OU

I'm a PhD student (female, 45) at the Open University, in the final few months of my PhD. I've been staying in Simpson, Milton Keynes since October 2022, sharing a house with my landlord. Unfortunately, he is going to start renovations on the house in February, so I'm looking for another quiet place to stay for a few months until I complete editing and submit my thesis. I'm looking for a place that's suitable for home-working and not too far from the OU, gym and shops.

I'm quiet, clean and tidy, go to the gym or run/walk for stress relief and am essentially looking for a place where I can work, cook some food and get some rest during this final stage of my PhD. I can bring my own office chair, but would need a desk to work.

Ideally, I'd need a place from 1 February to early- or mid-April (I could confirm in January). My current landlord is happy to provide a reference, if needed.
