Cheery, Social 33Yo Looking For A Home!

Hi potential housemate!

I would love to live with friendly, open-minded, sociable, considerate people (and reciprocate these qualities,) who want to share a space with friends rather than strangers who don't talk or have much in common. I'm independent and respectable of people and their spaces. Basically looking for a bit of a sanctuary with wonderful people!

I'm currently studying illustration, some other interests include:
- creative projects -singing -writing - nature, the environment, wildlife and the outdoors -sustainable fashion -music and gigs -games -swimming -dancing - exploring places -reading -learning new things -community and justice -psychology -animation and film

I have some of my own furniture so would love somewhere where I could bring this but not a deal-breaker. Looking to move from 20th January but have a lot of flexibility for the right place!

Have flexibility location wise, I'm ideally looking to be within 15 minutes walk of an overground station, in particular, along the mildmay line or district/h&city line station in north, north-west or west London, with Hackney/Homerton being the furthest east I'd like to be.
