Looking for shared accommodation

I am a 22y/o student looking for accommodation around Falmouth in a group of 4. I will be graduating this year but the rest of my group will still be studying in uni, and we hope to move in at the start of September for the next academic year. I don’t smoke or have pets.
we are looking for a place to stay that’s easily accessible to town and train station and the Uni campus. We’re respectful about personal spaces and clean environments.
I’m constantly on long hour placements at the hospital and you might not see much of me as I enjoy my sleep on my free days.
We are not massive party people and prefer a chill night in with friends playing games, cooking, watching a movie or just talking.
