Looking for a house / flat share in Cardiff.

Heyo! I’m Patrick, a 24 y/o engineer currently looking for a room to rent closer to Cardiff city centre.

Open to Canton, Grangetown, Cathays and Bay areas as these are near train stations. I rarely get to work from home / travel out of Cardiff for work, so transport links would be quite useful.

A little about me, I graduated from Nottingham Trent last summer and started a job in Cardiff shortly after. I like keeping active, often gym in the eve but also like to swim, run and trek. Of course, also up for a pint or chilled evening in with tv/games too.

My budget is up to £700 incl. bills. But flexible depending on the place and location.
