Looking for short-term accommodation in Belfast

Hi! I'm a graduate student from Canada who will be in Belfast as a visiting researcher at QUB. I'm looking for short-term accommodation between May 15 and June 1, which is a little over two weeks. My budget is around 150/week. I am mostly interested in places in the City Centre/QUB or very close to the Centre/QUB. I am quiet, responsible, and respectful. Looking for something quiet and budget friendly. Ideally, I would prefer to just share with one or two other people, or a small family. The room would have to be furnished, as I am coming from abroad. Before agreeing to anything, I like to do a quick video chat to ensure it is a good fit and we are comfortable with each other.
