Fun and Friendly Flat Mates Wanted

Hello!
I am looking for a buddy-up situation or a room in a flat share ideally in North/East London. Currently in Walthamstow area.

I am a 35yo civil servant, working 3 days in the city centre and 2 days from home. Had to sell my soul to pay for a stable life in London but I’m a creative at heart and still striving to finish my first novel. When I’m not working, I’m usually running, going to the gym, working on my creative projects, or watching Netflix. I enjoy swing dancing, bouldering, museums, coffee, drinks, brunch, and writing.

As a housemate, I consider myself house trained (ie clean and considerate). I like being social with my housemates and love having a relationship where we can chat about our days and pop the kettle on for each other if one of us is heading home. Or grab an impromptu drink if we’re both at a loose end. I am an animal lover – especially dogs – so I have no issue with pets as long as it doesn’t affect being able to get a tenancy together. I am certainly not a party-girl, but would like to feel that in my own place, it would be okay to occasionally have my partner or a friend or two around for dinner/coffee/G&T.

I am looking for a housemate in roughly the same stage of life as me who is equally sociable, friendly, considerate and tidy. It would be lovely to have a bit of a chat in the kitchen while we cook or a coffee on the sofa together on a Saturday morning if we are both kicking about.

I’m flexible around move in dates, number of flat mates, and location (within reason). To me the most important thing is finding the right person(s) to make a good dynamic in the household 😊
