Seeking to buddy up to rent a house

I work as a data scientist, and I work from home twice a week (don’t worry—I’m very mindful of energy bills!). I’m generally good vibes - warm, easy to live with, and always happy to create a space that feels like good to come back to.

You’d often find me curled up with a book, lost in music, writing poetry or sleeping(lol). I have an active social life so I’m almost always busy.

I like keeping shared spaces tidy and organized. I respect personal space but also enjoy a good chat or the occasional bonding activity whether it's watching something, playing games etc
