Looking for room or buddy up

I’m a full-time professional looking for a double room or a buddy up in Manchester city centre or nearby areas. Ideally I’m after somewhere modern, well-kept, and fairly central but if not I don’t mind, with parking it is a must for me.

I’m friendly, relaxed, and very easy to live with. I don’t go out much during the week, but I like festivals, cooking, and the odd drink or coffee out. Most evenings I come home and stay in unless I have plans, I am attempting to learn how to DJ atm it’s a new hobby so someone who’s into the same thing or doesn’t mind music being played would be ideal.

I take pride in my home and like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy, but I also want a laid-back, easygoing atmosphere. I’m looking to live with someone who’s chilled, considerate, and doesn’t mind doing things together or separately.
