Hi, we are looking for a flat or two bedroom whole property. We are 1 female and one male. We are extremely tidy in all aspects of our lives. We don’t really want to consider property share etc. areas that are of interest are Moseley, hall green, Harborne, Kings Heath, but if the property is good we would consider any area. Deposit, references etc no problem. We are both on benefits which combined total £4350 per month. I will shortly be taking a pension ( early retirement) from my previous employer of 30 years as the job I did I am now unable to do( can’t walk 15 km daily). I will however be looking at a part time role. Anything else you need to know please don’t hesitate to ask.
