29 yr old, male academic, new to Leicester

Moving jobs from Chester to Leicester in July. I will be working at University of Leicester, would like to find a relaxing houseshare outside of the city or in a nice area.

Clean, quiet, tidy, and like living with relaxing company. I drive, no pets, no smoking. Might work late occasionally, I do like a quiet night in but I like a social life too. I enjoy watching football and cricket, reading, baking, going for walks, and the occasional drink at the pub.

My room/property would need a bookcase (or room for one!) as I have quite a collection. Woud need access to parking, preferably off-road parking. I would also prefer to live in a smaller houseshare (preferably 4 or fewer including myself). Also considering living by myself if I can find a suitable place.

Ideally looking to find a place for June.
