Looking For A 1/2 Bed Flat/House

Hi all,

I’ve had a ton of messages from people renting out a room in a house share - please do NOT message if you are renting out a house share. I am looking for a PRIVATE property!!!

We are looking for a home.

We are looking for somewhere for atleast a year but we are hoping for something some what permanent.

I’m a full time LSA (learning support assistant, I support pupils who have SEN and or behavioural issues in a secondary school)

She works full time in a nursery.

We are looking for something all bills included however we are open to paying bills on top of our original price - having a rough estimate of how much bills may be will be very helpful

Having an outdoor space is important to us, whether it’s a garden or a balcony.

1 - 2 bedrooms flat or house will be perfect.

We are open to other areas.
Please do not message if you have a place that is in your back garden or someone/yourself lives in or any shared places eg rooms in a shared house. we want to rent privately - just us two in the home.
